RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the artisanal, handcrafted, and made-to-order nature of J Farell products, all sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds, returns, or exchanges for personal dissatisfaction, product performance, scent preferences, or natural variations in body chemistry.
Once an order is placed and poured, the raw ingredients and labor cannot be recovered. We highly encourage trying our smaller sizes or sample options before committing to a full-sized product.
Cancellations & Modifications
Because our products are handcrafted to order and raw materials are allocated immediately, cancellations or modifications are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement.
Once an order passes the 24-hour mark, it enters our scheduled production pipeline and can no longer be canceled, modified, or refunded. If you need to update a shipping address or request a change within that initial 24-hour window, please Contact Us immediately.
Formula & Variant Swaps
Realize you need an unscented version or a different option after ordering? As long as your order has not entered the physical pouring phase, we are happy to swap product variants (such as switching from scented to unscented) for your scheduled batch. Simply contact Customer Care with your order number to request a variant update.
Damages & Order Errors
We take immense pride in our craftsmanship and secure packaging. In the rare event that an item arrives physically damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via our Contact Us page. Please include your order number, written confirmation of the issue, and clear photographic proof. Verified damaged or defective items will be eligible for a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.
Weather & Temperature Fluctuations
Because our products are handcrafted with clean, natural ingredients and zero synthetic stabilizers, they can be sensitive to extreme temperature fluctuations during transit. Softening or melting due to seasonal heatwaves is a natural characteristic of raw ingredients and does not constitute a product defect. If your product arrives soft, simply place it in a cool environment or refrigerator to allow it to firm back up. Temperature-related consistency changes do not qualify an item for replacement or credit.
International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
J Farell™ is proudly hand-crafted and shipped from an independent, small-batch studio in New Jersey. Please note that for all international orders, the customer is fully responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees levied by their destination country’s government at the border. These charges are not calculated or collected by J Farell™ during checkout, and we have no control over government-mandated fees. Because these are sovereign import requirements, we are unable to reimburse any customs payments. We highly recommend checking with your local customs office prior to purchasing so you are fully informed of any potential fees required to release your package.
